Ghost - Legend Pre-workout

Ghost's Legend Pre-workout has some absolutely delicious flavors, our favorite being Sonic Ocean Water. This pre-workout favors using a dose of Nitrosigine and a lower dose the Citrulline Malate than others as the pump ingredients. We like to add a scoop of Beyond Raw L-Citrulline but we find the dosing to be sufficient even without it, if you're interested in some background on Nitrosigine check out this breakdown of the two. Either way, ingredient profile aside this pre-workout is enjoyable to drink and worth giving a try.
